This policy explains how AMAN Rental Company ("AMAN", "we", or "us") handles data when you use the AMAN Station customer, management, and station-team applications.
Data we process
- Account data such as name, mobile number, user identifier, station, and work role.
- Vehicle, order, service, price, payment-status, settlement, expense, and receipt information.
- Precise location with permission: to show nearby stations and check customer service coverage, or when a team member chooses to share a location in Messages.
- Messages, support content, and attachments a user chooses to send, including photos, videos, audio recordings, and files.
- Device, push-notification, usage, and diagnostic identifiers needed for security, notifications, and reliability improvements.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, operate and update car-wash orders, connect customers with stations, manage settlements and expenses, send notifications, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve service performance.
Permissions and optional content
We do not access the camera, microphone, photo library, or location until permission is granted. Media content or location is collected only when a user chooses to capture, select, or share it in the app. Permissions can be changed in device settings.
Data sharing
Participating stations and their authorized staff receive the details needed to fulfil an order. Hosting, verification, notification, maps, and payment providers may process data needed to provide their functions under appropriate obligations. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or track users across other companies' apps or websites.
Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, keep operational and accounting records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required. We use technical and organizational controls to protect data, though no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, account deletion, or deletion of personal data. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may be retained where legal, accounting, or security obligations require it.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
